Solomon has several years of program development and project management experience in various organizations. He served as a project manager for Christian Children’s Fund of Canada and worked for Amhara Development Association as a deputy CEO and executive director.
Solomon has a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Addis Ababa University and has extensive training related to his profession and expertise.
Tirsit Tefera Alemayehu| a BDS specialist & Regional Team Leader with more than 13-years successful experience in training, coaching, mentoring, advising, manual development, and team management at different organizations. Tirsit specializes in BDS and regularly attends international and national ToT training sessions to showcase new BDS trends and team management tools. Tirsit has experience in project management, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, partnership development, and company collaboration. Tirsit holds BA, BSc, MBA in diversified fields and a current UNITAR® certification. A strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace.
Temesgen Eyasu has bachelor degree in Sociology and master of business administration from
Madawalabu and Arbaminch universities. He has more than 6-year experience on community
development programs at project site levels. He managed HIV-AIDS advocacy and community
mobilization programs of the organization called EPaRDA (enhancing pastoral research and
development alternatives). And also, he coordinated several projects in the past and present including (Y-LED,
EBG and EYE projects) of DOT Ethiopia in ArbaMinch cities and surrounding rural kebeles.
Now a day, he is in charge of managing EYE project at Arbaminch and Wolaita areas as a
migration and business development officer.
Motivated and dependable, Isaac is a DOTYouth and Information & Communication Technology officer with diverse experience in digital skill and Machine learning technology and community development.
Professional expertise includes system application, Google technologies, Cloud computing, interactive websites, recovery planning, software administration and data communication.
Samuel Buticho is Regional Team Leader in DOTE and has rich experience in projects management skill and served as projects& programs development expertise in various INGOs & local NGOs. He has proven experience competency in the areas of projects and programs design& management. Samuel has degree of Arts in Educational Planning & Management and Masters of Arts degree in development studies from Hawassa University and has diverse trainings related to projects management, programs development, monitoring& Evaluation, and financial management.
